These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Modcado, including the Modcado application, website, community features, and related services (“Modcado”).
By accessing or using Modcado, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Modcado.
Modcado is currently provided as beta software and is under active development.
Features may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, or fail to operate correctly. Modcado may not work with every game, game version, hardware configuration, or operating environment.
Use of Modcado may cause game crashes, instability, corrupted save files, loss of game progress, or other unintended results.
You should back up important game saves before using Modcado.
Modcado is intended solely for single-player and offline games.
You may not use Modcado in online or multiplayer gameplay, including competitive, cooperative, ranked, or other networked gameplay where modifications could affect other players or provide an unfair advantage.
Using game-modification software may violate a game’s terms or policies and could result in suspension, account termination, loss of game access, or other penalties.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of Modcado complies with the applicable game’s terms, rules, and policies.
Subject to these Terms, Modcado grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for lawful personal purposes.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Modcado or its underlying software, technology, branding, or intellectual property.
Modcado interacts with games and software created by third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Modcado is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by any game developer, publisher, platform operator, or anti-cheat provider.
Game names, trademarks, artwork, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
We do not guarantee that Modcado will remain compatible with any particular game or game version.
Modcado may allow users to create, save, publish, share, install, download, rate, verify, or otherwise interact with community-created cheats or other content (“User Content”).
You are responsible for content you submit.
You may only submit content that you created or have the right to share.

When you publish User Content to the Modcado community, you grant Modcado a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, modify as necessary for technical operation, and make that content available through Modcado.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
Community cheats are created by users and may be inaccurate, outdated, incompatible, unsafe, or ineffective.
A cheat that works with one version of a game may stop working after an update.
Modcado does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, compatibility, safety, or continued availability of community-created content.
Use community content at your own risk.
We may review, verify, reject, remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or creates security, legal, or community risks.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.
If you provide suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or other feedback about Modcado, you permit us to use that feedback to develop and improve Modcado without compensation or obligation to you.
Modcado may automatically or manually receive updates.
Features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed as the product develops.
Game updates, operating-system updates, anti-cheat changes, or other third-party changes may affect Modcado’s functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modcado is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that Modcado will:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modcado and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Modcado.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of game progress, corrupted saves, account penalties, loss of data, loss of access to games, or other consequences resulting from use of the software.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Certain Modcado features may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.
Modcado, including its software, interface, branding, logos, underlying technology, proprietary file formats, data structures, protocols, encryption methods, security mechanisms, and original content, is owned by Modcado AI Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Modcado cheat files use a proprietary file format developed for use with Modcado.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Ownership of User Content remains governed by Section 5.
You may stop using Modcado at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access to Modcado if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risks, or engage in conduct harmful to Modcado or its users.
We may update these Terms as Modcado develops.
If we make material changes, we may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Modcado.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
